2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. Products & pricing
We aim for accuracy, but errors can occur. We may correct prices or descriptions and cancel any affected orders, refunding you in full.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, due to stock issues), with a full refund.
5. Installation services
Installation is provided by verified independent workers through our platform. We facilitate the booking and support its completion.
6. Our marketplace role
FurnishHub connects buyers with sellers and installers. Specific product warranties are provided as listed on each product page.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing law
