We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how refunds work on FurnishHub.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within the return window shown on the product page, for unused items in their original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items — such as custom-made or hygiene-sensitive products — may be non-returnable. This is clearly noted on the product page.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Installation charges

If installation has already been completed, installation fees may be non-refundable. Uncompleted installation bookings are refunded in full.
